VIDEO: “PIAF VOZ Y DELIRIO” THE MUSICAL RETURNS TO MIAMI

Lights go down, the orchestra begins to play the music, the curtains starts to open and you see her singing in a corner of the stage with a fragile body and a magical voice.
That’s Mariaca Semprún in Edith Piaf’s soul, the most famous singer of France.
Mariaca is a Venezuelan multifaceted artist who has played Maria in The Sound of Music, Hannah Rendt and La Lupe. Now, she’s facing a bigger challenge by characterizing Edith Piaf.
After a year from a successful tour around Miami, Mexico, Spain & Venezuela, the musical “Piaf voz y delirio” returns to the Colony Theater from August 16 to September 02.
Original script by Venezuelan writer Leonardo Padrón, Piaf Voz y Delirio can sure captivate your attention by living for 2 hours approximately, the tormented life of Piaf, a fragile woman who started singing on the streets of Paris to make a living and later becomes a legend.
