The singer-songwriter, who was born in Miami (seems like the Magic City is the perfect birthplace for big stars, Jason Derulo, Ken Jones, Pitbull…should we go on?), to Cuban parents, started her career when she was 12 years old and began writing pop rock gospel songs.

However, her new single “1-800-Amor” featuring rapper Red Rat, and produced by Grammy award winning producer Maffio, wasn’t inspired by a higher power.
“It’s about a guy who may like you but doesn’t know how to tell you, so you’re giving him a push by asking him to call your love line,” she said, in an interview with Press Pass Latino Reporter Jackie Diaz, who caught up with her to talk about her latest single and upcoming projects.
