Must-Watch: NBC Universo’s “El Vato” explosive grand finale

El Dasa stars as "El Vato" on NBC Universo.

Gone are the days audiences thought of El Dasa only as a singer. The Mexican star has proven his acting chops while filming NBC Universo’s original scripted series, “El Vato”, which is coming to an “explosive” grand finale this Sunday, June 19th at 10 P.M. ET/9C.

Though some might jump at making direct correlations between El Vato and El Dasa’s real-life, the show offers much more drama than what fans could have imagined goes on behind-the-scenes.

After an exciting last week, in which El Vato’s “reckless behavior reached a breaking point” which put his personal relationships and career in danger, this Sunday, the on-screen persona will try to come to terms with the unexplained death of Wendy.

He must do so while preparing for Premios Nuestra Gente (Sounds kind of familiar huh?), a well-known latin music awards show where Vato is set to take the stage.

However, with so much going on in his life and with the burden of dealing with feelings of abandonment and grief will El Vato be able to keep his composure and focus on his performance for Premios Nuestra Gente?

What do you think? Do you think he’ll make it through and shine on stage at the awards show or do you think he’ll crumble under pressure?

Whether you’ve been following the show closely or you’re a new fan to the series, you can engage with other El Vato viewers on social media by searching and posting the #ElVato hashtag on Instagram and Twitter. You can also catch up on missed episodes by visiting www.nbcuniverso.com/now/el-vato.
